Our approach is thoughtful and customized—taking into account your hair, lifestyle, maintenance goals, and the time you realistically have to spend on it. The goal is beautiful, healthy hair and a salon experience that feels personal, relaxed, and never rushed.
Loni's Craft
After more than 20 years behind the chair, I’ve become especially passionate about creating beautiful, natural-looking hair for women with fine hair. Through continued education in extensions, color, and scalp health, I combine thoughtful color with strategic extension placement to create anything from subtle fullness to complete transformations—always with the health of your natural hair in mind.
How We Grow
Gather & Grow was created to feel different—a warm, welcoming space where you can settle in, feel cared for, and leave feeling a little more like yourself. As the salon has grown, so has that vision. I love mentoring and developing emerging stylists, giving them a place to strengthen their craft while providing our guests with additional service and pricing options. The goal is to continue growing a thoughtful team while preserving the personal experience Gather & Grow was built around.
