What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Once your appointment is booked, We'll take a look at the information you’ve shared so we can begin getting to know you and your hair before you ever sit our my chair. If we have any questions or need a little more information, We’ll reach out before your visit. You’ll also receive appointment reminders and everything you need to feel prepared and confident walking through the door.
Parking & Arrival
When you arrive, the driveway is our preferred parking spot whenever space is available. If the driveway is full or inaccessible, street parking is available between our home and the home directly east of us. Some guests also choose to park in the church parking lot across the street.
From there, come on up to the front door and walk right in! The salon is located directly to the left as you enter. There’s no need to ring the doorbell or knock—we’ll be ready and waiting for you.
The Appointment
Before you leave, We’ll walk you through personalized product and styling recommendations so you feel confident maintaining your look at home.
Within the following week, We’ll check in to make sure everything is settling beautifully and answer any questions that come up. Your comfort and confidence matter, and we are always here to support you beyond the salon visit.
After Goodbye
Before you leave, We’ll make sure you know how to care for and recreate your new look at home, including any products or styling tips we recommend specifically for your hair. We'll also walk you through the maintenance plan that will keep your hair looking and feeling its best. And within the next week, We’ll check in to make sure everything is feeling just right and answer any questions that come up.
